Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the S & J’s Furniture and Mattress website (the “Site”) and in-store. By purchasing products and services from S & J’s Furniture and Mattress, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Order Notification and Charges

If you have any issues with your order or delivery, please contact us at (513) 893-9999.

Our confirmation of your order does not signify acceptance, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order. You will receive notification once your order is confirmed and again when it is shipped or delivered.

All charges are collected at checkout. Special orders may not be cancelled once submitted.

Pricing

Prices shown on our website and in-store reflect our current pricing. Prices may vary between in-store and online due to exclusive promotions or payment method considerations.

Sales Tax

All purchases are subject to sales tax as required by applicable state and local laws based on the delivery or pickup location. Estimated tax at checkout may vary slightly from the final charge based on final processing and applicable laws.

Delivery Methods
  • White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery, room placement, and assembly if needed. Packing materials will be removed. Delivery team will not move or remove old furniture. An adult (18 or older) must be present to inspect and sign for delivery. Additional fees may apply for deliveries requiring stair access beyond 3 flights or other special accommodations.
  • Doorstep Delivery: Items are delivered in original packaging to your doorstep. Setup, assembly, and packaging removal are not included. You are responsible for bringing the item inside and setting it up. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Merchandise Pickup: Available at our retail location at 2960 Dixie Hwy, Hamilton, OH 45015. Items must be picked up within the agreed timeframe. Please ensure proper loading and securing of items during pickup. We may assist but are not responsible for damage during transport.
Change or Cancellation

Orders specially ordered by customer may not be canceled. No refunds will be issued on any purchase.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL We do not accept returns of any merchandise once sold. Any issues with mattresses must comply with the manufacturer’s warranty and requirements:

MFG. MATTRESS WARRANTY REQUIRES LAW TAG TO REMAIN ATTACHED, WITH NO STAINS OR RIPS. KING & QUEEN SIZES MUST HAVE A CENTER SUPPORT ON BED.

NON-COMPLIANCE VOIDS WARRANTY.

There are NO WARRANTIES expressed or implied by S & J’s Furniture and Mattress with respect to merchandise. All warranties are FACTORY WARRANTIES.
Disclaimer of Warranty

S & J’s Furniture and Mattress is a retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not provide any warranties—express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of merchandise, defects, or inability to use merchandise.

Jury Waiver and Class Waiver

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, all disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. By purchasing from us, you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association, and claims will be handled on an individual basis. Batch procedures may apply for related claims, if applicable.
