Our confirmation of your order does not signify acceptance, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason at any time after receipt of your order. All charges are collected at checkout. Special orders may not be cancelled once submitted.

Orders specially ordered by customer may not be canceled. No refunds will be issued on any purchase.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of merchandise, defects, or inability to use merchandise.
Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, all disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. By purchasing from us, you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association, and claims will be handled on an individual basis. Batch procedures may apply for related claims, if applicable.
