At S & J’s Furniture and Mattress, we’re committed to getting your new furniture to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what you can expect after placing your order:
In-Stock Items
- Most in-stock items at the factory are available for pickup or local delivery within 7–14 business days.
- Our team will contact you to schedule your delivery or let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
- If you're unsure what qualifies as in-stock, feel free to reach out—our team is happy to discuss and help clarify.
Special Orders
- Special order items may take 2–6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and product availability.
- Feel free to call the store at 513-893-9999 for a more accurate ETA prior to placing your order—we’re happy to help!
Delays or Backorders
- If there’s a delay or backorder, our team will notify you immediately with updated timing.
Delivery Scheduling
- Once your merchandise arrives at our warehouse, we’ll reach out to schedule your in-home delivery at a time that works for you.
- You will receive a confirmation call with your delivery date, and we’ll also call the day before with a 2-hour time window, so you don’t need to be home all day.
Pickup Option
- Prefer to pick up your items? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll have everything ready for you.
